Germán has worked mainly in residential projects, from small to large scale, including mix use, from refurbishment to high end residential, always using the latest technology available. Main tasks were Amenity and Common Areas, Apartments and BOH Areas. Coordination between consultants, 3D and 2D information packages and project delivery.

Germán is the BIM Lead in Design Delivery Unit (DDU), working closely with the BIM Department and helping in the implementation of the latest technology of the industry.
