To position Azerbaijan as a sustainable, global destination of the future, our masterplan proposal to extend the existing successful Sea Breeze development creates an exciting new residential, cultural, and commercial destination along the Caspian coastline near Baku.
Our concept focuses on connecting communities with the Baku locale; creating a highly diverse, inclusive, and healthy environment with the ability to flex and grow to ensure the new destination continues to exceed expectations far into the future.
Embedded features include solar energy carpets and hydroponic towers combine to assist with self-sufficiency for power and food production.
